Cancellation policy

I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Last minute cancellations result in costs to my business but also disadvantages other clients that  could have benefited from the appointment time.

A cancellation fee of $35.00 may be charged to the client if 24 hours notice isn’t given.

It is my discretion to waive the cancellation fee if the client provides a reasonable explanation for the cancelled appointment.
