Understanding why food choices matter and the science of food is essential to managing not just chronic illness but overall health.

Change is a journey and this allows for me to keep track of your progress, provide support and fine tune your diet.

Weight gain is not just as simple as calories in and calories out or low glycemic index foods and low carbs. I have been trying this in clinic with pretty dismal results. This is why I decided to become a Metabolic Balance® practitioner.
